Join TDB Play as a Creator Recruiter and help us scale our talent network in the region.
You will be responsible for scouting, contacting, and onboarding
TikTok content creators in our network.
What the job entails
- Discovery: Find and list content creators from Bulgaria using the TikTok Mobile App.
- Outreach: Contact and communicate with creators live or through direct chat and present the advantages of joining TDB Play.
- Onboarding: Lead the creator professionally through the entire signup process.
- Integration: Transfer all necessary details to the creator manager for a smooth transition.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports about your recruitment activities.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluent in Bulgarian (both writing and speaking) is mandatory.
- Research: Get yourself acquainted with TDB PLAY and our TikTok Network offering.
- TikTok Native: Practical understanding of the TikTok mobile interface and current content trends.
- Professional Edge: Experience working with creators or being a TikTok Creator yourself is a significant advantage.
- Independence: Ability to work as a remote job while maintaining high self-discipline.
