The campaign was built around a multi-game structure, selecting titles based on audience segmentation and creator fit. Brawl Stars was used to reach a younger, mobile-first audience through direct gameplay interaction. League of Legends targeted a slightly more mature segment through skill-based challenges. Minecraft enabled creative participation and user-generated content.
Each creator activated their audience through mechanics tailored to their game. In Brawl Stars, Dido_D hosted live sessions where viewers could join matches and compete directly against him. In League of Legends, TheAkallie challenged players to win games using predefined, unconventional champion compositions. In Minecraft, HeavenBul invited his audience to build KFC-inspired creations, generating a wide range of community-driven content.
Participation was driven through clear entry mechanics communicated within each piece of content—inviting users to join games, submit creations, or take part in challenges tied to each platform and creator.
Across the campaign, the three influencers produced over 60 pieces of content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and livestream platforms, maintaining constant visibility and repeated audience touchpoints.
The campaign culminated in a live studio broadcast filmed on a custom-built, KFC-branded set, designed to visually represent the brand within a gaming environment. During the event, 30 selected fans competed remotely against the creators in Brawl Stars, while the livestream - broadcast across all influencer channels - combined gameplay, audience interaction, and branded segments into a single, unified moment.
